ITEMS ORDERED AND PAID FOR WILL BE POSTED WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

PACKAGING:

We will send your items wrapped in tissue paper and in a gift pouch.

If you prefer a gift box, we have two sizes which you can purchase. To view these boxes, click on 'catalogue' then on browse and on Gift Boxes. They are priced at £2 and £3. If these boxes are not suitable for an item due to its size, a note will be added in the product description. Postage for boxed items is slightly more expensive as they are then sent as a small parcel with Royal Mail rather than a large envelope.

Click and collect is now available with Sensation, simply process your order and select the Order and Collect postage option at £0 for either Brighton or Covent Garden. As soon as we receive your order we will email you to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Please note that for collection at our Brighton shop the item will most likely be ready for collection on the same day, for Covent Garden it may be the next day as we do not have all our products available.

POSTAGE: Your orders will be sent on Royal Mail 'Signed For' services

- NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

If you would like to receive your order quicker, simply select our 24 hour delivery service at a cost of £7.50. Your order will be posted within 2 days from the date of purchase and will be posted on Royal Mail next day service*.

* This service is advertised by Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible in the event that the order is delayed as dependent on Royal Mail Services. Items posted on next day delivery service on Fridays are very often delivered on Saturday but the guideline given is Monday.

Please note that if you purchase a box but select a gift pouch postage, your item will be sent in a gift pouch. If you select select a gift box postage but do not purchase a box, your item will be sent in a gift pouch.

PROVIDING THE RIGHT ADDRESS:

To ensure you receive your order promptly, it is paramount that you provide us with your full address. This address must be entered as the delivery address when you process your order.

WARNING:

Please note that we use the address provided on Sensation's check out screen for delivery, we do not cross check with any other address provided in Paypal.

ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS:

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, a charge will be made to re-send the item(s)

EXCHANGES - Within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

If for some reasons you would like to exchange a product you have ordered, you can do so within two weeks from receiving your order. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Simply send us an email to contact@sensationjewellery.com to let us know and send back your item to: SENSATION, 15 Kensington Gardens, Brighton BN1 4AL. We will get back to you with any price difference and to pay for the postage.

REFUNDS - Within 2 weeks of receiving the item. This applies to items ordered online only.

If the item is not right for you, simply send us an email to contact@sensationjewellery.com to let us know and send back your item to: SENSATION, 15 Kensington Gardens, Brighton BN1 4AL. 

The item must be sent back within 2 weeks of receiving it, it must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage, we will contact you when we receive your item and when we have refunded you for your order less the cost of postage.
